Michelle Simms at Fairhaven Self Storage made the entire process, from signing up to moving in, really easy. The facility is gorgeous. Clean. Tidy. The instructions are posted clearly and there is a hand cart available to move in bulk items. The neighborhood is well situated with easy parking. Finally, the price is right. I am so glad I found Fairhaven Self Storage!

In fact, when I showed up looking for a place to park long term and there weren't any available, they made one on the spot by spray painting a new number in the parking lot for me. The experience was overall good, though I don't think they did too many U-Haul rentals because the person seemed a little unsure on the process at first. Once they got going, though, everything was smooth and easy. Return was easy even though nobody was there because the U-Haul app worked well.

Great experience at Fairhaven storage. The place is well kept and in a very good location for me. I needed to rent a truck and Michelle was right on top of the solution as they have a uhaul that was available at that time. She was very helpful and took time to answer all my questions . They have packing supplies and locks so you can get just about everything you need for storage right there. The customer service was great. Thank you Michelle!

The staff was very informative about the surrounding area which was very helpful.I do love the location also its tucked back away from main street and should have no problem unloading or loading here. The new office ladies are so nice & sweet :) they were very professional and super helpful!!! They waved the administration fee for my troubles..... The property is just as clean and nice as before!! They are even building a new office building. I am so very glad I tried one last time!! Edit #1: I have been trying to get on the list for summer rentals since the 1st!!! Yesterday someone FINALLY answered the phone & was pretty rude and informed me that she didn't know anything about a list (she's new and doesn't do lists)& that since she couldn't find me in her system, that I hadn't been transferred over to the new system so I would have to repay the admin fee ... This would have my 3rd time renting from here... They used to be nice, helpful, return phone calls, and be open during business hours. Whatever changes they have made just cost them my business AND all the people I refer from school. Original: I rented from Fairhaven Storage last summer and had a great experience! I made a reservation that was available for me to move-in the day I set up, I repaid till Fall term started & never a had a single problem!!! It is very secure, clean and nice employees!!! I had such a good experience that I already made my reservation for this summer!!! Thank you so much for making summers away zero stress for me :)

I would highly recommend Fairhaven Storage to anyone seeking a safe, well run facility. I found the front desk personnel helpful, accommodating and extremely flexible and understanding. The pricing is fair, and the ability to monitor your account and pay online was very useful. Every aspect of my 5 month interaction with Fairhaven storage went well - they were always there during posted hours, the unit was clean and well lit, moving carts were provided, and billing notices and receipts were always received via email on time. Given my experience, I would not hesitate using them again.
